Meditation on Sunday morning is a celebration of spirit. We gather as a group and use our spiritual techniques of grounding, centering and gold energy to assist us in our spiritual communication. We begin with songs to express the joy in knowing that we are spirit. We then focus within to meditate on a topic such as communication, affinity, forgiveness or amusement. We talk with one of the great teachers, usually Jesus Christ or Mary, his mother. We always take time for our one-to-one communication with God. We get to know ourselves and our creations by turning within. We focus on letting go of unwanted behavior and energy and emphasizing our spiritual nature. We always ask for healing energy from God and practice our ability to receive from the Cosmic Force. Our meditation program is an hour and the focused meditation is thirty to forty minutes.
