The staff members of CDM are a group of devoted spiritual teachers, whether they are teaching a class, doing administrative work, leading songs or moving furniture. They are here to share the spiritual information in their unique fashion, some quiet and some jovial! The staff is composed of people of all ages, and from a variety of previous professions, such as schoolteachers, nursing, jewelry designers, dentists, social workers, etc.

The staff spends between three to seven years in training to serve the CDM community. Each spiritual step is a growth process that helps the individual develop neutrality, compassion and amusement to assist others along this spiritual path. Because the training is rigorous, it requires a dedicated soul to move through the steps and become a spiritual teacher. The teachers practice what they teach by following our purpose, creed and practice.
