Meditation I

Anyone can learn to meditate! It is simple, practical, and does not require any physical exertion or special equipment. All you need is a chair! You can use our Meditation techniques everyday, while at work, at play, and of course during quiet periods of reflection.

This class meets once a week for 6 weeks and focuses on the fundamentals of meditation. You will learn spiritual techniques to help you know and tune into yourself, the spirit. These techniques include: grounding, centering, and creating and destroying as spirit. You also learn to consciously move your energies to harmonize between spirit and body.
